Gongyi Shengzhou Metal Products Co.,Ltd. was started to built in 2004 and the construction area for the first phase of the project is over 13,000 square meters. Gongyi Shengzhou Metal Products Co.,Ltd. was put into production in March 2005,and the fixed investment is 34 million RMB. With a complete set of aluminum manufacturing equipment, including one 1450 cold rolling production line, two 20t annealing furnace and cutting machine, grinding machine, etc, annual output of the first phase of the project is 30,000t. According to production need and development of new technologies, four 800 aluminum foil rolling production line and auxiliary equipment, one 10t annealing furnace and one 20t annealing furnace was built and put into production during 2007-2009.
Through our market research and market demand, the second phase of the project will be conducted which include one 1550 cold rolling production line, two 1400 foil rolling mill production lines, one bending straightening, one vertical slitting and one horizontal slitting, two transverse shears, three annealing furnaces, four punches, etc. The production capacity will be 120,000 tons when the project completed.
